My obsession with melancholy photographs has grown over the past years. I think pictures where people aren't smiling or laughing tell this whole story of how life isn't perfect; and how we should take life as it is or something morbidly philosophical like that. Any who rain makes me moody and sleepy and boy did it rain today. I can't stand the rain against my window, nope I can't stand the rain. I honestly threw things together today and it worked. I am so in love with this jacket that it hurts. Denim and leather are my two favorite fabrics and combining them to make one article of clothing is nothing short of genius in my book. Camo and stripes and hot pink tights seem a little over the top paired together but I like the way it looks. Pink is not the usually color I would expect to see with an outfit like this so it makes perfect sense to me. I swear Docs are the perfext boot in my eyes, they just go with anything from an edgy skirt and tee combo to a frilly floral dress and they transcend across seasons. I honestly love spring weather and can't wait to see how bipolar it makes my outfit posts look since it's all bright and sunny one day and then a windy chilly rainstorm the next. 

Today I couldn't pick just one song that fit my mood so I found two. Today I was feeling a bit unconventional and a tad bit indie. So I scrolled through some music blogs and found a new song from Kid Cudi entitled "Girls". I honestly love Cudi's voice, all his songs just seem so laid back which is exactly what I need on a day like this. Plus Too Short on this track just gives me the giggles. Listen Now...

I could never classify myself as a Tyler The Creator fan .. Half the time I can't make it through a full song of his let alone a full album but on a whim, I downloaded his new album Wolf. The track "IFHY" caught my attention for some reason, maybe because it sounds like spoken word. The first few lyrics immediately made me give this song a chance and that chorus sounds like something ripped out of my diary as an angst filled teenager . Then I heard my baby love Pharrell and I was hooked.  Check it out and see
