Sporty Spice Lives Downtown | OOTD

We talked
and talked
and talked.
I asked her if
she believed
in love,
and she smiled
and said it was
 her most
elaborate form of
self harm.

I hate when people tell me I have to "dress up" for an event ... Like what in the world does that even mean. Not wearing sweats, leggings, or a hoodie classifies as dressing up for me. I am such a jean, t shirt and chucks kinda girl that it's sad. Well later on tonite, I am going to a party for all those who graduated college and it's a "grown and sexy" kinda party. So naturally I want to wear jean shorts and a graphic tee but I decided to class up my look a bit. I have been in love love love with the Sports Luxe trend where sporty items are paired with more glamorous ones. This is my interpretation of the trend. As soon as I saw this shirt on Forever 21's website, I knew I hat to have it. It gives me this A$AP Rocky vibe and I fell instantly in love. I love the lose fit of these shorts and how they just flow. Nothing says "This girl has class" more than a blazer. I don't fully understand how throwing on a blazer can completely transform an outfit, it's a fashion mystery. This outfit turned out way better than I envisioned. I finally am part of the tribe, 10th tribe that is. I love limited edition items and 10th tribe just gave me the chance to be one of the few people around the world who own this beanie. I have decided to continue wearing beanies until I can no longer bear it this summer. I wish I could have purchased this downtown beanie in the winter so I could get more wear out of it but I guess I'll have to wait until the fall. I love how I feel "grown and sexy" but 100% like me. It's pretty dope how I can dress in a way that is foreign to me and still have it suit my personal style

Now anybody who knows me knows that Iggy Azalea is one of my inspirations is life. Her music slays, her style slays, her body slays and her personality slays. I pretty much am in love with her. I call her my ride-or-die chic and play her music when I wanna get a little ratchet. She dropped a new single called "Bounce" and that's exactly what it makes me wanna do.
So bounce with me and my ride-or-die chick Iggy ...

Til Later Loves
