I've been stressed out thinking about "future me" that I haven't got a chance to focus on "present me". Life has been moving so fast that I haven't had a chance to slow down. I remembered this shirt this morning while looking for something to pair with the rest of this outfit. It seemed so poetic and so on trend with my daily struggles. Sometimes, I get so wrapped up in tomorrow that I forget to Carpe Diem. So I felt it was perfect. Fall is upon us and I feel giddy with excitement. Fall is hands down my favorite season despite its bipolar weather. Sorry for being gone for so long but I'm adjusting to my demanding schedule so I'll try my best to blog more frequently!

Printed blazers are a favorite of mine. They say pulled together and quirtky in the same breathe. This floral blazer doesn't scream femininity which is why I love it. I am always drawn to bold floral prints versus ditsy ones.  I loved how well the stripes compliment the floral print. Chucks and shorts seem to be my go-to combination. In my mind, there is nothing that says Siatta more than that. 

I have recently discovered Sound Cloud. It's amazing to have a hub for all creatives to broadcast. I have no clue how I stumbled upon this song but I love it. It just makes me smile and hopefully it does the same for you.

After a long weekend of working and then struggling to finish up homework last night, I was ridiculously tired this morning. I was definitely guilty of hitting that snooze button. I barely had enough time to plan my outfit this morning, so this look is an accumulation of pieces thrown together. Tanks with low armholes were a favorite of mine this summer, so this Jack Daniels tank was worn often. Today I paired it with these scalloped track shorts with cut- out details. These shorts are so dainty and feminine which usually makes me uncomfortable but I loved how it contrast with the rest of this outfit. I grabbed this cheetah cardigan to throw on in those super cold class rooms and also to pull this look together. As soon as I looked at myself in the mirror this morning, I knew that some cute little ankle boots would complete this outfit perfectly so I went in search of a sneaker instead. I love adding a quirky piece to an outfit so it's not so cookie cutter. Overall I adore this look.

I am a sucker for Abel's voice... anytime I see new music from The Weeknd, I jump on it. This song really speaks to me and I can't help but be swept away by it. I am definitely vibing to more minimilistic lyric music as of late . "Love in the Sky" gives me everything I love from the Weeknd yet seems fresh and new! His new album is definitely on my "To Purchase" list. Tell me what you think of this track?

You ever put an outfit together and feel totally at ease.
Well today I did and I seriously felt 100% me!

These shorts are hands down my favorite summer shorts, light denim screams summer and sunshine. And to me, anything that makes it feel like summer time is exactly what I need. I stumbled across this Nirvana shirt a few weeks ago and I decided to rip the sleeves off and make it into a tank. I like it better this way. I was dead set on wearing creepers with this outfit this morning but on my way out the door, I wasn't feeling it and I decided to throw on a pair of dunks. Dunks will forever be my favorite Nike shoes. I love the vibe it gave the outfit so much that I found this flannel in my closet to keep that 90's vibe going. This flannel has to be at least 8 years old but whatever it's still fashionable. You have no idea how happy I was that I was able to wear a beanie today without my face sweating off.

YIPPPEEEEE for fall weather creeping in.

By now, everyone knows that I am in love with anything Drake touches so when he released this track a while back, I pounced on it. This track is self-explanatory! Every time I listen to "All Me" I bob my head and remind myself of everything I've achieved instead of every goal I have yet to accomplish. It's just a good vibes song that makes you feel a little cocky!
